By removing barriers and replacing complexity with smart technology, we enable teams to focus on what really matters: building, planning, and delivering with confidence.

"My main goal is to make a positive impact on my surroundings—a legacy from my parents who fought for Israel’s founding, and from my grandparents who built their lives here during the Second and Third Aliyah." TerraGenie was built on these values. By chance, Dor Yalon and I joined forces to develop innovative tools that have transformed our clients' daily work. For me, the greatest reward is earning our clients' appreciation as they realize they can survey professionally and effortlessly—often in ways they never thought possible. That, to me, is fulfilling my mission.

Founder & a Partner

Dor’s journey with geospatial technology began in 1993, when his curiosity for maps grew into a lifelong passion. He went on to lead some of Israel’s most significant mapping projects—building the national GIS system at the Ministry of Housing, heading the GIS department at Nesher Aerial Photography, and co-founding Icaros Geosystems. In 2013, Dor founded TerraGenie with a bold vision: to give anyone the power to map and measure the world with ease and independence. After more than two years of development, he partnered with Tal Hadas to bring that vision to life. Today, Dor leads TerraGenie with the same passion for innovation, creativity, and belief that complex tools should always feel simple.

Eran leads sales and business development at TerraGenie, bringing extensive experience in the construction industry. He has a talent for identifying client needs and translating complex requirements into tailored solutions. Over the years, Eran has successfully managed long-term B2B projects, building strong relationships along the way. His strategic approach and industry insight drive growth and ensure clients receive exactly what they need.

Sales Manager

Elad joined us in 2017 as a software engineer with expertise in algorithm design, solution architect and system resilience, B.S.c in computer science from the open university of Israel. In addition, Elad is a senior instructor in college, educating the next generation of software engineers. Elad started his career as an officer in the IDF responsible for complicated systems. In his free time, Elad enjoys racing paddle boarding and doing sport at the gym.

Roni joined us in 2023 after completing his Software Engineering degree. From day one, it was clear he’s a fast learner. He quickly took on complex projects that were successfully delivered, and the tools he developed are now used daily by both our clients and the TerraGenie team. When he's not coding at the office, Roni is either a dedicated gamer or creating unique software applications for his motorcycle.

At TerraGenie, Yair is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly—whether it’s orchestrating complex logistics, managing online campaigns, or overseeing billing and meetings. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication make sure no piece of the puzzle is ever out of place. But there’s another rhythm to Yair’s life: outside the office, he’s a professional drummer, bringing energy and creativity to stages across Israel and around the world.

Marketing & Administration

Gil Mor – Customer Success Manager Gil brings precision and care to TerraGenie, managing customer success while overseeing system design and implementation for clients. A certified surveyor and former Chief Surveyor in the Ministry of Defense’s Engineering and Construction Division, he also gained experience in the private sector before joining TerraGenie in 2025. Based in Kfar Tavor and a proud father of two, Gil balances his professional life with a love of travel, exploring both Israel and destinations abroad.

Customer Success Manager

Katie Silan brings over a decade of experience in cybersecurity before transitioning into a new professional field. During her military service, she served as a technological instructor and network manager. Today, Katie specializes in providing technical customer support in the field, working closely with clients to ensure they maximize the value of the technologies and tools at their disposal.
